Update Software: Make sure both your watch and phone have the latest updates.
Reset Bluetooth: Forget the Pixel Watch in your phone's Bluetooth settings and re-pair.
If these don't work, visit our Pixel Watch support page for more solutions, or you can also absolutely contact your retailer to see if they'll exchange it for you. Since you just bought it, they might be more willing to help.

Where can I find if this is an LTE or WiFi watch?

There are a few ways to determine what Pixel Watch version/model you have. - Look for the "LTE" designation on the box, as LTE models usually have it prominently displayed. - On your watch, swipe down from the top to open the Quick Settings panel. If you see "Mobile" listed, you have an LTE model. Google Pixel Watch app: - Open the app on your phone and go to "About Watch." You'll see "Cellular" listed if you have the LTE model. When your device has detected a hard fall, it will wait for 30 seconds before sending alerts and will send a prompt if you want to call an Emergency hotline. The notification will only be canceled if there's no response from the user.
